• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

User Accounts

Google Login

• We only support login through Google accounts
• The login process is completed through Google's OAuth secure authentication system
• We do not collect or store your Google password
• You can revoke our access permissions at any time in your Google account settings

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your Google account
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• If you discover your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately
• Please ensure your Google account information remains current

Content Usage Policy

User Uploaded Content

• You retain ownership of uploaded images, text prompts, and other content
• We do not permanently store your uploaded image content
• Uploaded content will only be used for video generation processing

Generated Video Content

• You have usage rights to the generated video content
• To showcase service effectiveness, we may retain and display some generated video content
• Generated video content is subject to Apache 2.0 license terms and may be used for commercial purposes

Content Restrictions

You may not use our service to generate:

• Illegal, harmful, or content that infringes on others' rights
• Content containing violence, pornography, or hate speech
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• False information content that may mislead others
• Content using others' likeness without authorization

Intellectual Property
